The Community Center was constructed to serve the general public by providing a facility conducive to the conduct of public business. Since public funds made these facilities possible, the general public is encouraged to use the Community Center. The Community Center is a minimal maintenance facility so it is expected that those who use the facility leave the building in a clean acceptable condition and ready for the next function.
