The Watertown Commission on Aging is offering garden plots (15x20 ft.) to residents of the City of Watertown who do not have access to an area in
which to grow a garden.
These Community Garden plots are being offered for $20 each in an area between the city's main lift station and the compost site. This is located off
of Lewis Avenue North with an access at the Public Works site. There is a water supply with hose and sprayer to water the garden plots. The city will be preparing the
plots this spring with an opening date of May 15 and closing date of October 15. People, who are interested, can apply at City Hall (309 Lewis Ave. S.) or download the
